Renovations that respect the original architecture.
Avalon renovates homes across Palm Beach County and South Florida, full-gut interiors, kitchens, primary suites and room-by-room refits. We respect the architecture of the home while improving layout, function, detailing and finish, and we plan the work to keep disruption to a minimum.
Historic properties, coastal homes and dated waterfront residences are a natural fit. Our in-house project management team runs the schedule and coordinates and supervises the vetted trade partners doing the work, with selections and allowances tracked so budget and scope stay clear.
A look at the work.

Common questions.
Do you take on partial renovations or only whole-home projects?
Both. Our sweet spot is full-gut whole-home renovations, but kitchen renovations and primary-suite refits are regular work, we commit to doing them right.
How long does a whole-home renovation take?
Most full renovations run several months depending on scope, structural work and finish selections. Every proposal includes a realistic schedule with milestones.
Can you renovate a historic or waterfront property?
Yes, historic and coastal renovations are core to our work, including the structural, moisture and code considerations these properties require.
How are allowances, selections and change orders handled?
Allowances for not-yet-final selections are called out up front, we help you lock selections on a schedule that keeps the job moving, and any scope change is documented and approved before work proceeds.
Do I need to move out during the renovation?
It depends on the scope. For full-gut work it is usually easier, but we sequence the project to minimise disruption and will walk you through what to expect during preconstruction.
