Your architect’s drawings, built to standard.
Avalon builds ground-up custom homes across Palm Beach County and South Florida, waterfront residences in Palm Beach, family compounds in Wellington, coastal homes in Jupiter. Our in-house project management team handles architect coordination, permitting, procurement and scheduling, and coordinates and supervises the vetted trade partners who execute the work.
Waterfront and coastal sites carry their own demands, elevation, drainage, hurricane-code detailing and corrosion-resistant assemblies, and we plan for them from preconstruction so the standard your architect drew is the standard we build.
A look at the work.

Common questions.
How long does it take to build a custom home in Palm Beach County?
It depends on size, finish level, permitting and site conditions. Every proposal includes a realistic schedule with milestones, and we keep it updated as the project progresses rather than quoting a number we cannot stand behind.
What affects the cost of building a custom home here?
The biggest drivers are lot and site conditions (elevation, soil, waterfront and flood requirements), square footage and ceiling heights, the level of finish and custom millwork, structural and hurricane-code requirements, and permitting. We break these down in preconstruction.
Do you build waterfront homes?
Yes. Waterfront and coastal construction is core to our work, including the elevation, drainage, hurricane-code detailing and corrosion-resistant assemblies these sites require.
Can you help before we have architectural plans?
Yes, earlier is better. Bringing us in during design lets us give real-world budget feedback, constructability input and site guidance before drawings are finalized, which avoids expensive redesigns.
Can Avalon manage a build for an out-of-state owner?
Yes. Your in-house project manager acts as your eyes on site with regular progress updates, photo documentation and scheduled walkthroughs so you stay informed from anywhere.
